O3S stands for Owwtreach 3S. It's the method behind every project we run, whether that's a single dentist's Google Business Profile or a downtown district managing dozens of members at once.
What is the O3S framework?
The O3S framework is a way of approaching and setting up sustainable digital marketing campaigns. It has three pillars; Structure, Signal, Systems:

Where O3S came from
Owwtreach founder, Fungai Tichawangana, built O3S from almost three decades of digital marketing insights.
Across that time, he kept watching the same problem come up again: business owners buried under a list of marketing tasks, unsure what to tackle first.
He wanted a framework simple enough to explain in a few sentences, but wide enough to cover the actual range of digital marketing work.
The first version got tested in 2022, before it had a name. By 2025, the framework was finished. It became the foundation for rebranding the agency to Owwtreach Marketing & Media.
O3S work starts with an audit
You cannot build effective marketing if you do not look at data and analytics. Before anything gets built, we look at what's already there.
Consulting is therefore a big part of our work. It sets the foundation for everything else that follows.
Why the order is important
If you start with Signal — blog posts and ads — before Structure is right, and you're paying to send traffic to a website that can't turn visitors into clients. That's money spent on traffic the site wastes.
If you start with Systems. E.g. turn on automation before Structure and Signal are right, and you're just automating a sub-optimal system, and getting more of the results you don't want - faster.
So it's Structure first, then Signal, then Systems.
