Success Stories & Results
See how we've helped companies grow their digital presence.

The Mill District, North Amherst
The Mill District is one of Amherst's newest commercial hubs, home to shopping and dining, with recreation space built in. Owwtreach built a website that makes clear what the district offers and what there is to do there, replacing an outdated site and optimizing it for search.

Greenfield Savings Bank
Greenfield Savings Bank has served Western Massachusetts since 1869 and is one of the region's leading community banks. Owwtreach audited the bank's online presence and worked with its marketing team on a digital strategy built around stability and personalized service, the two things GSB's customers trust it for.

Old Colony Law
Old Colony Law is an estate planning firm in Hadley, Massachusetts, run by attorneys Ben Palkowski and Claire Crowley. The firm's search visibility ran almost entirely on brand-name queries and it didn't show up in any AI tool responses for its own market. Owwtreach ran a full audit across the site, GBP, content, and competitors, then built a content and AI-visibility strategy around the firm's estate-only focus and Hadley location, both of which turn out to be exactly what AI tools reward when recommending a local specialist.

Easy Cheetah
Easy Cheetah is a study skills program run by Oxford-trained psychologist Paul Tosio, teaching speed reading, memory technique, concentration, and exam strategy to students and parents through live Zoom classes. Owwtreach mapped out a digital marketing strategy, built the site, wrote the content, and continues to manage updates. The team also built out automated nurture sequences to move leads toward booking a class.

Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts
The Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts awarded more than $10 million in grants to local nonprofits in 2022, funding work in healthcare, arts, education, and food security. The foundation also gives out over 1,000 scholarships a year, worth roughly $1.4 million combined. Owwtreach interviewed grant recipients and wrote their stories for the foundation's blog.

Reider Media
Reider Media celebrates local communities through print, publishing two community magazines: Northampton Living and Longmeadow Neighbors. Owwtreach handles website maintenance and timely updates, keeping the site running while Reider Media focuses on telling local stories.

Friday Action
Friday Action is a civic engagement organization built around the idea that the best antidote to political despair is political action. The group hosts weekly Zoom gatherings and organizes community projects. Owwtreach built the website to support their mission of turning concern into action.

Native Caribbean
Native Caribbean is a luxury fragrance and home scent brand handcrafted in the Caribbean, founded by Tamara Gibson. Her candles and scents draw on her own heritage and family stories. Owwtreach redesigned the website and built an online shopping experience that puts that story front and center: scent as memory, not just product.

Amherst Now
Amherst Now is a digital community noticeboard and local marketing platform serving Amherst and nearby towns. Residents, businesses, and organizations use it to share local updates, events, and opportunities in one place. Owwtreach designed and developed the platform and continues to manage it, keeping it running smoothly and search-friendly.

Building Bridges Veterans Initiative
Building Bridges Veterans Initiative runs regular lunch meetups for veterans across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire, meetups that have become spaces to build connections and find new footing. Owwtreach redeveloped the website.

Inc413
Inc413 is an independent platform supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs in Western Massachusetts, connecting them to resources and tools they'd otherwise have to find on their own. Owwtreach did the groundwork: research into what Massachusetts business owners actually needed, then a concept for the platform. From there the team developed, launched, and optimized it.

Raise Community Group
Raise Community Group brings together professionals and student organizers, from engineers to doctors, working in communities around the world. Their focus spans education and healthcare, with a related track in economic development. They partner with outside experts and regional partners to build projects suited to each specific area and population.

Write Angles Conference
First held in 1987, WriteAngles is the longest-running writers' conference in Western Massachusetts, bringing in speakers and thinkers to talk about where writing stands now. The organizers describe their mission as work "that illuminates our broken world, that strives to make change, that seeks to break our hearts and stitch them back together." Owwtreach redeveloped the website and rebuilt the online journal, giving each contributor their own page with an easy search function. The team also added conference ticketing for registration and delegate management.

Michael Favala Goldman
Michael Favala Goldman is a writer, translator, and poet whose acclaimed translation of Tove Ditlevsen's "The Copenhagen Trilogy" was named one of the New York Times' 10 Best Books of 2021 and an NPR Books We Love pick. Owwtreach built a website that showcases his work, books, videos, and news.

Valley of Writers
Valley of Writers is a platform offering resources, opportunities, and ideas for writers. The site features a blog, events, and content spotlighting writers who are building audiences on platforms like TikTok. Owwtreach designed and developed the platform.

Literary Massachusetts
Literary Massachusetts is a project exploring the rich history of literature in Massachusetts, from Emily Dickinson to Ralph Waldo Emerson, from Henry David Thoreau to Louisa May Alcott, from W.E.B. Du Bois to Sylvia Plath. Owwtreach built the platform to showcase the state's literary heritage.
